It all started with three fearful ding-dongs from the second largest dogfighting raid in US History – what would be known as the #367 Raid. Zander + Homer + Taco = the beginning of Bark Nation’s #TeamZomo. While Bar[k] Nation is not a dog rescue organization, we occasionally provide temporary sheltering to special souls that have been victims of extreme cruelty – dogs that would struggle greatly in a shelter, foster, or home environment. That was the case with these three. So we decided to keep it going – to keep adding to the team. Today, we collaborate like crazy with local animal welfare shelters to provide #LifeAfterDogfighting in any way possible – transport, placement, fostering – you name it!
We are currently looking for valued placement partners for survivors of contract level dogfighting OUTSIDE of the state of Michigan. All dogs are human social, have interacted with other dogs through barrier, are UTD on vaccinations, sterilized, microchipped and just utterly delicious! If your shelter/rescue is interested in becoming a Bark Nation #LifeAfterDogfighting partner, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org today!
